Thank you for registering for the PanIIT Global Leadership Summit 2026 (“GLS 2026”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully, as it outlines our practices regarding cancellations, substitutions, and refunds for paid passes or registrations.
1. General Policy
All registrations and payments made for GLS 2026 through our official website (globalleadershipsummit2026.com) or authorized partners are considered final. As a large-scale international summit, we incur substantial pre-event costs to plan and deliver the experience; therefore, we follow a strict no-refund policy for confirmed registrations.
2. No Refund Policy
- Once registration is completed and payment is processed successfully, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including inability to attend, visa issues, travel restrictions, or scheduling conflicts.
- This policy applies to all ticket types and participation categories (e.g., Platinum, Gold, Silver, Startup Pavilion, Hackathon entries, etc.).
3. Substitutions
If a registered participant cannot attend, a substitute delegate from the same organization may be nominated. Requests for substitution must meet the following conditions:
- The request must be sent in writing to care@globalleadershipsummit2026.com before January 10, 2026.
- All substitutions are subject to approval by the organizing committee and may require identity verification.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that GLS 2026 is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government directives), the following terms apply:
- All existing registrations will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event date.
- If the participant cannot attend the new dates, a substitute may be nominated as per Section 3.
- In extreme situations, the organizing committee may consider partial refunds or credit vouchers at its sole discretion.
5. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate payments made due to technical error or multiple submissions, please email care@globalleadershipsummit2026.com within 7 business days. Upon verification, one of the transactions will be refunded to the original source of payment within 10–15 working days.
6. Transaction Security
All online transactions are processed securely through our payment partner PayU. We do not store credit/debit card or banking information on our servers. Payment confirmations are sent via email upon successful processing.

8. Amendment Rights
GLS 2026 reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
9. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
